Delivery got delayed by 10 days hence returned the whole order of 3k

Delivery got delayed by10 days hence did not accept the delivery andreturned the whole order of 3k. There should be an option of COD for such scenarios where customers money is not on hold for over 10 days.

Thank you for your review and we can understand your frustration. But you must know that heavy rain is going on everywhere and things getting delayed. Also, we were constantly in touch with you as well as with the courier partners to resolve this and as soon as you denied the parcel, refund was initiated in few minutes. Courier delays can happen when there is some issues with weather or courier get misrouted, where shoppers must keep some patience because its not only you, eveyone who is in this chain getting affected and this usually happen with 2-3 customers out of 100s, no matter its a big brand from which you are shoping or a small one. Thank you anyways!
